Dansalan Gardens - AMENITIES

As mentioned earlier, the Dansalan Gardens will make you feel as if you are living in a hotel/resort with all of the recreational amenities that it offers its residents. More than half of the almost one acre plot of land that the condominium offers is reserved for open spaces and gardens.

First of all, for the security and privacy of the residents, the entire compound of the Dansalan Towers is enclosed by a tall concrete fence. People and vehicles who drive by the condominium complex will only get to see the three towering residential buildings but not the grounds immediately below them. The only way for guests to get in and out of the compound is through the grand main gate of the Dansalan Gardens.

Speaking of the main gate, there will always be one or two security personnel keeping watch over it. They make sure that no uninvited guests gain access to the condominium. Aside from the guards posted at the front gate, there are other teams of security personnel who constantly patrol the grounds, making sure that there is nothing out of the ordinary going on in the Dansalan Gardens. To help the security force watch over the residents, you can also find dozens of high-definition security cameras keeping watch over the public spaces.

Now that we covered some of the basic features of the Dansalan Gardens, we can go to the good stuff. In one corner of the compound, you will find the swimming pool area. There are two pools that you can use here. There is the leisure pool, which is actually large and deep enough that you can also use it as a lap pool if you want. There is also a smaller wading pool for the young kids. Around the pool are deck chairs and tables, so you can have a picnic or just lounge around after you take a dip in the cool water.

If you want to shoot a couple of hoops with your friends, then you can do that in an open half-court near the swimming pool area, at the opposite corner of the compound. On the other hand, if jogging or running is your preferred method of breaking a sweat, there is a beautiful, landscaped jogging path between the second and third towers. Now, you can go for a jog whenever you like (there are lamp posts in the open spaces). There is no reason for you not to take better care of your health when you live here.

When you just want to hang around and have coffee, you can go to the beautiful Sky Lounge. Sit and relax in one of the many cozy chairs and enjoy the view of the Metro from the large panoramic windows.
